My GGGGGparents emigrated to County Antrim, Ireland, from Scotland. Their names were Archibald Wilkins and Anne (Duncan) Wilkins. I am trying to find any information regarding their history while they were in Scotland. I believe someone in the family had a homestead near Edinburgh, but I could have the name wrong. If you have any information, please email me. I would really appreciate any information you have to share. Thanks. Linda

Chambers & Laughlin
Would like to find birth records of James Henry Chambers who was born March 6, 1828, not sure if it was North Ireland or Scotland as we have 2 articles stating both. Who his parents were and if any brothers or sisters. The obituary we have says his parents died when he was very young, and at the age of 15 came to the U.S. His wife was Marguerite J. Laughlin born Dec. 31, 1833 in Scotland. Would like to know who her parents were and also if any brothers or sisters. They are both buried here in Anita, Iowa, Cass Co., with son Andrew Chambers, my ggrandfather. Would appreciate any help anyone can give. Thank You.
