Can anybody enlighten me as to the origins of the name REDDICK? The name is on my maternal line, all Kentish born. My Grandfather Bernard REDDICK was born in 14 Feb 1889...we think in Dartford, that's what the birth certificate states. However, there is no trace on the 1891 or 1901 census returns for the UK. His father's name was Henry and no mention made of his mother.
Any help on this matter I would greatly appreciate.
Many thanks...Roger |

Hi
I am searching for information about my great grandparents and their family. They are William & Martha Dick (nee Starrett). They were married in Londonderry in 1881 and shortly thereafter moved to Edinburgh. They had 7 children and only 3 are known. They are: Martha Dick b1889, William Dick b1887,& Agnes Dick b1884.
Agnes never married & lived at 12 Warrander Park Terrace until her Mother's death in 1930. She then moved in with her brother William & his wife
Mary Cowe at 3 Torphichan Street. Martha came to Canada in 1916.
Any info would be appreciated.
Thank you.
Julie
