Hi I am looking for a Jim McGown. I know that he may still be living in Scotland somewhere. I am 17 and was born on 10th July 1985. I have a little brother called Peter and he is 15. My mum's name is Debra Lee Jenner. Her maiden name was Keat. I haven't seen my dad for about 16 years and would like to meet him or hear from him. If anyone has any information about him let me know please.

Can anyone help me with information regarding an Isabella Beveridge? She was born 24 April 1883 at Beath, Fife. Her Parents were William Beveridge and Susan Alexander. She had an older sister, Catherine Beveridge who married a Walter Thomson. Isabella also had an older brother, my greatgrandfather, David Beveridge who amrried Sarah Lee. They all lived in Beath, Fife. Isabella is mentioned in the 1891 and 1901 Cencus but after that I can find no other records of her. Does anyone out there have any info?

I am looking for any info on a William Greenlees who married Elizabeth Peat at Inveresk on 12 Jan 1804. Trying to trace his parents is a nightmare as so many William Greenlees's come from Ross and Cromarty.
William Greenlees m Elizabeth Peat 1804
Son William born Inveresk 20 Nov 1814 m Margaret Sneddon 1834. Their son William John b.Inveresk 1839 m. Jane Fairnie 1860. Their son William b.8 Aug 1859 at Inveresk m. Janet Crombie 1890 at Burntisland. Their son Peter b.1 Dec 1906 m.Isabella Henderson Bell 1928. Does any of this ring a bell to anyone?

I have Charles S MacIntosh married Elizabeth A (unknown surname)daughter Elizabeth Clara MacIntosh b.1886 Married William Charles Whitmore 1898, in New South Wales, Australia. If there is anyone out there who can help me re where Clara MacIntosh's family originated from in the British Isles including her siblings, g/parents etc I would be really thankful, as I am doing a Family Tree for my children/grandchildren |

| Looking for info on a Thomas James Montgomery b abt 1795 d possibly in Ireland about 1867. Two children or grandchildren- William John b 1860 and Ethel. Rumours have it that this family may go back to Scotland somewhere. Can anybody help out where to start this looking? |

I've managed to trace my husband's family back to the following:
JOHN MACKLEAN / McLEAN:( son of John McLean & Eupheme ? )born between 1730/1740 Dunfermline.
He married ISABEL ORROCK 28-12-1759. They had
ANDREW McLEAN: born 20-9-1769 Northfod, Dunfermline. He married JANET HUNTER on
12-10-1792 . They were the parents of
ANDREW McLEAN: born 23-5-1800 Hallbeath, Dunfermline.He married JEAN DUNCAN 02-06-1827.
They had
JAMES McLEAN born 1835 Landward? New Monkland, he married SARAH KENNEDY, ( daughter of John Kennedy & Helen Bain ) 17-10-1856. They had
JOHN KENNEDY McLEAN: Born Dalmellington, Ayrshire 23-08-1866 who married Elizabth Walker ( born Longriggend Lanarkshire 1876 ).I've now hit the proverbial brick wall, if anyone can please supply additional information on any of the above it would be most appreciated.
