Baby found on luggage rack in railway carriage at Paddington Station, @ 4 p.m.on Tues.23rd July 1946.
Estimated age 68 weeks old: which gives approx.date of birth 28/511/6/1946. I was happily adopted, and continue to be fit and well.

| I found my birth mother via this site in 2000 it has been great getting to know her now aged 92 and her 2 daughters. I was born in May 1944 in Bournemouth Hants and my birth mother Norma lived in Portsmouth, sent away to have me. She was in the WRAF based in Ibsley in the New Forest. When she found out she was having me she was sent home to mother and father and my birthfather was posted away from Ibsley. Norma cant remember the name of my birth father as she said It was a very sad time having to give me up and not to tell anyone about it which she did not until 2000 when one of her daughters found my message on this site. I am wondering if anyone knows of a way that I can find out about the men that were stationed at Ibsley he was posted out of Ibsley in 1943. wonder if he died in the war or returned to his wife, Norma told me that he was married. | Hello .. My name is Maria but that hasnt always been the case .. When I was born my birth mum named me Brenda ..and I was adopted in Croydon .. I was born in Hammersmith in November 1968 and my birth mums named was Bridget Theresa Hegarty otherwise Mays and I was kinda wondering if I has any family out there ?? I have no information on my dad so its to my mums side I appeal for any help .. I would love to hear from her or any relations who could help me find who I am lol ..
