I am seeking information about a family member who was adopted in later 1932/early 1933. Her name was Edith Mary born to Hilda Turner on 21st December 1932. She was born in a home for unmarried mothers situated at No60 Bondgate in Bishop Auckland. The home was known as St Monicas which was run by nuns of the St Agnes Order.
Any information about what happened to Edith would be greatly appreciate. |

Seeking my aunts who were adopted out as toddlers in England in 1933.
Dorothy V Marshall and Hilda M Marshall, father Charles Marshall and mother Ivy Bowyer. They had a brother and sister, Ivor and Ruby Bowyer who were raised by the grandparents after Ivys death. |

| IM A GIRL and was born on 21ST MARCH 1981 in PRESTON where 1 OF MY LUNGS COLLAPSED SO I WAS MOVED TO WIGAN HOSPITAL on 21/03/1981 and GIVEN UP for ADOPTION straight away. I WAS ADOPTED AT 6 WEEKS OLD. I was told my birth mother wanted me to be called PAMELA, hence, this is now one of my middle names! I am looking for my birth parents/siblings to find out a bit about myself if that makes any sense! Ive had a fantastic upbringing with my adopted family but Im still curious about certain things so would love to hear from you if you know anything. |

| I was born in PRESTON LANCASHIRE on 21/03/1981. I know I was abit early and had difficulties when I was born. I think I was moved to WIGAN to an INCUBATOR because 1 of my LUNGS COLLAPSED. I was given up for adoption at birth and was adopted when I was 6 weeks old then end 04 or 05 1981 by the most loving, caring family ever, they have given me the best upbringing I could of wished for. But... I would LOVE to find out WHO WHERE I ORIGINALLY CAME FROM! If I did find out I would be able to put my mind at rest and would be totally respectful of your wishes. So if anyone knows of my MOTHER, FATHER, SISTER/S or BROTHER/S I Would love to hear from you. Many thanks. Caroline |

Im looking for my brother. He was born at Musgrove hospital Taunton Somerset, on 27th July 1955 and named Male Partridge. Mothers name Jean Lillian Partridge Nee McGeown.
He was adopted and we dont know his new name. Any help would be very much appreciated

Francis CARR
Born in Ipswich on 17th March 1956 I am looking for his parents who lived/worked on boats on the Suffolk coast. Unknown whether mother/father or both were named CARR. Francis was adopted to a family in Cambridge. I just want to let them know he has passed away |
