I am searching for any living relatives of my recently deceased aunt whose name was Bridget Veronica Lane. She was born in Kilcolgan, Galway on March 17 1919, the third of five daughters to Michael and Bridget (nee Jordan) Lane. The younger two girls were Nora and Celia. On the death of her mother about 1935, she was sent out to an aunt in Sydney, Australia. she met and married my uncle and had a very happy life in the country until her death in August 2003.
My uncle has discovered a letter written to Bridie, which he didn't know about, from an address in Dublin, written presumably about 1946. We would dearly love to find out if there are any relatives anywhere, and to get in contact.
Thank you. |

I am looking to locate the whereabouts of Seamus Reynolds.
Seamus left home over forty years ago and there has been no word of him since.
Seamus is formerley from the Termonfeckin Road, Drogheda, Co Louth in the republic of Ireland.
It is believed that Seamus could now be residing in Australia or New Zealand.
Seamus has two brothers and a sister. Nancy, Brendan and Joseph.
Thankyou

Any help or information in the search for Seamus Reynolds would be most appreciated. |

Hello, I'm looking for my (hopefully) 5 times great grandfather from Waterford, Ireland. I'm not sure when he was born, but he married a Catherine Coolen (b. July 28, 1786) who was from Prospect Bay, Nova Scotia, Cda. I know he had at least one daughter named Mary (b. 1803 or so, and d. Nov. 17, 1866) and she married a David Redmond (b.1789 - d. Nov.4, 1873) from Prospect (?) Nova Scotia.
ANY info. would be great!!! Thanks so much,
Chris |

Looking for info on my greatgrandfather, Patrick Lanigan. May have possibly had a brother named Paul or Robert. Father's name may have been John. Patrick came to the US between 1850-1865. He was a stowaway on a ship that docked in Norfolk, Virginia. I have no written records of him until the 1910 Kentucky census. I do know he had a daughter named Mary that was born in KY around 1898. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You
Sherri |
