I am trying to locate any relations of my grandmother, Bridget Watters who was from Dundalk I believe. She went over to Birkenhead and worked as a domestic in the early 1900's and married William Kavanagh. They had 3 sons, William, Thomas, and John James (he was my father). I also believe that there was some connection to a Paddy Quigley also from Dundalk - possibly a cousin? If anyone has any information please let me know.

Looking for Clarke or McCann ancestors. Philip Clarke and Mary Morris born in County Cavan. My great grandfather was their son and his name was Thomas. He went to Scotland and married Sarah Kernahan in Lanarkshire.
Patrick and Bridget McCann - don't know which county. My great grandfather Thomas McCann was their son. He went to Scotland and was married there in 1849 to Bridget Cunningham and later in 1867 to Mary McEnvoy.
Would love to hear from any descendants of either of these families in Ireland.

I am doing geneaology research on my Sheridan ancestors. My grandfather James Sheridan was born in Castlederg, Ireland approx. 1859. His father was John Sheridan, a cattle dealer. I believe James had at least two brothers, John and Charles, probably also in the cattle business. There were probably other siblings that I don't know about. James was married in Fintona in 1885 to Mary Donnelly of Fintona and sometime after their marriage they moved to Glasgow, Scotland.
Would be very pleased to hear from anyone who might have information on this family.
