| I am looking for information on the SHERIDAN family who lived in Castlederg, Co. Tyrone, particularly my great grandfather JOHN SHERIDAN and grandfather, JAMES who was born there in c.1957. They may have originally come from Cavan. Also searching for CLARKE family of Killyvaghan, Co. Cavan, my great great grandfather PHILLIP CLARKE and my great grandfather THOMAS who emigrated to Lanarkshire, Scotland. The MCCANN family , my great great grandfather PATRICK MCCANN, and my great grandfather THOMAS....not sure of County. Might have been Cavan or possible Armagh. THOMAS MCCANN also emigrated to Scotland. Thomas Ēlarke married Sarah Mullen. Thomas McCann married Bridget Cunningham in Lanarkshire. Later, when widowed, he married Mary Mcenvoy in Ayrshire. I am looking to see if anyone can tell me about 2families from Ireland, Cox and Flannery) James Cox, with daughters Anna, Bridget Agnes and son William.Children were born between 1890-1900 and three daughters came to US in their teens. Anna married into Flannery family. Don't know much about either side. These families were from County's Cork and Mayo.

and had the following children.
1) Brigid b/1935
2) Ellen b/1939
3) James Anthoney b/1942
4) Teresa Agnes b/1944
All were born in Co. Waterford Ireland

| loking for my relative. john patrick flemming,was from somewhere in ireland! he was a long distance lorry driver in the 1965-1970's, he regularly visited Bristol, united kingdom, to which he had a relationship with my mother(margaret ann hughes-from colwyn bay, north wales, (i am his daughter!) at the time he was also with m mother when she was living in Bristol, uk, in the 1970's, they have connections with 'avonleigh nursing home)don't know what the connection was thou?) my mum had me out of wedlock. and my father to whom i am hoping to trace, was from ireland somewhere, and at the time, he was seperated from is wife)i am not sure what his former wife was called? or where it was he lived in ireland, but if any of this message rings a bell? then please can you leave a message for me to view,thank-you, i believe that i have sisters and brothers to whom i never knew i may have, any information would be most appreciated if you know my father or mother,they were an item in those days, so maybe someone may know of them! lets hope so' been a long time searching! |

| I'm searching for any information on James McGilligan who married Mary Kerrigan, both born in Ireland around 1837. I have no idea what part of Ireland, so it's a longshot. They came to Philadelphia PA USA, their children were Mary born 1859, Arline, Ellen, James Joseph Jr, Frank & maybe John. This is worth a try, since I have no documents. |
